If you receive over 1000 dollars over a 3 month period, you are eligible to attain paypal merchant status, which reduces the percentage fee by 0.7%, i.e. 2.2% for premier (U.S) and 3.2% for premier (international). Once you upgrade your account to premier status, you cannot downgrade the account back to personal. So ,you may get that there are not so much handling fee/administrative fee for using runescape gold.
